This no-holds barred, sexy New York Times bestseller pushes the envelope like no other novel has as it spins the titillating, enticing tale of one man who teaches women everything they need to know to make their partners happy in the bedroom…while making their own wildest fantasies come true.
Right now, you're probably asking yourself two things: Who am I? And, what the hell are you doing here? Let's start with the most obvious question, shall we?
You're here, ladies, because you can't f*ck.
Oh, stop it. Don't cringe. No one under the age of 80 clutches their pearls. You might as well get used to it, because for the next six weeks, you're going to hear that word a lot. And you're going to say it a lot. Go ahead, try it out on your tongue. F*ck. F***ck. Ok, good. Now where were we? If you enrolled yourself in this program then you are wholly aware that you're a lousy lay. Good for you. Admitting it is half the battle. For those of you that have been sent here by your husband or significant other, dry your tears and get over it. You've been given a gift, ladies. The gift of mind-blowing, wall-climbing, multiple-orgasm-inducing sex. You have the opportunity to f*ck like a porn star. And I guarantee, you will when I'm done with you.
And who am I? Well, for the next six weeks, I will be your lover, your teacher, your best friend, and your worst enemy. Your every-f*cking-thing. I'm the one who is going to save your relationship and your sex life.
I am Justice Drake.
And I turn housewives into whores. Now...who's first?
Firstly thanks to Avon and Lisa at Tasty Book Tours for approving me for a copy of this title and for allowing me to take part in the blog tour. I’ve been eager to read this since the middle of last year when a twitter friend told me about it so I’m happy to be part of the tour.
This story is all about Justice Drake and his lessons in seduction.
At first I thought the whole concept of the story was incredibly sexist. It certainly feels that way considering husbands end their wives off to learn how to please them almost as if that makes their philandering ways justifiable. After I got over that elitist, "Stepford Wife" feel I started to enjoy the story for what it was – a love story.
Initially I thought the story was going to take a different route to what it actually did. I had assumed it would be all one on one but Justice takes classes of multiple ladies. I was concerned that the book wasn’t going to be to my taste however there was really only one scene that really wasn’t to my liking.
Justice is the narrator throughout. He’s perceived as gorgeous and powerful and dominant and the cover of this title definitely gives you a good indication of what he looks like. I liked his character and the fact that the story was all from his POV however there were some things that he said or words that he used that didn’t quite gel with my interpretation of him. His classes on mastering seduction platform just how appealing he is but I liked that even though he has this almost infallible persona he does, deep down, have normal emotions and feelings.
I guessed pretty early on what angle the story was going to head towards and then again I saw the plot twist coming. Neither of those detracted from the story though. I found this to be an enjoyable and engaging read in the main and it’s quite the page turner. I read it in one sitting.
